We Build It. We Can Promote It. You Own Your Brand.
Last updated: October 12, 2026. Please read before ordering website services or joining the optional promotional network.
At a glance: Website builds are quoted at $199–$499. Promotional Network Membership is optional at $12/month. Standard post-launch content updates are $49 each. Clients control and pay for their own hosting and any custom domain. No custom domain is required to join the Network.
1. Parties and acceptance
This Website Services Agreement (“Agreement”) describes services offered under the Cris Kaynz Digital brand (“Provider,” “we,” “us”) to a person or business ordering those services (“Client,” “you”). This posted page is available for review. It becomes part of a binding service arrangement only when referenced in a quote, order, or checkout accepted by the Client, or otherwise expressly accepted by both parties. The applicable order or quote identifies the parties, project scope, and total charges.
2. Website development
We design and build the website described in the Client’s accepted package, order, or written quote. The project may include branding, responsive layouts, content pages, links, and integrations specifically listed in that scope. The quoted package price is generally $199–$499, but only the accepted quote controls. Features not expressly included are additional work.
3. Client materials and rights
The Client supplies accurate content, artwork, photos, music, video, logos, product details, prices, and checkout links as needed. The Client confirms they have all necessary rights and permissions to use, display, license, or sell supplied materials and products. The Client remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of their materials and offerings.
4. Payment, scope and revisions
Payment amounts, deposits, due dates, delivery expectations, and any included revisions will be stated in the accepted quote or checkout. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement or quote. Completion occurs when the agreed deliverables are provided and any stated review/revision period has ended. No unlimited or lifetime changes are included.
5. Updates after completion — $49
A standard website content update costs $49 per request. Typical examples include changing an image, artwork, bio, product price, link, button, or adding one standard song or product listing using materials the Client provides. We will confirm whether a request qualifies before charging. Extensive uploads, new pages, redesigns, advanced functionality, or substantial changes require a separate quote.
6. Optional Network Membership — $12/month
The Client may separately subscribe to the Cris Kaynz Digital Network for $12 per month. While active, this provides an eligible public listing or profile on the Cris Kaynz Digital platform, a link to the Client’s site or approved store, and eligibility for featured promotional placement as available. The listing is promotional exposure, not a guarantee of impressions, rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or featured placement on any specific date.
Membership does not include website development, updates, hosting, domain purchase or renewal, technical maintenance, paid advertising, or guaranteed results. The Network is optional; declining it does not prevent a Client from using their independent website.
7. Recurring billing and cancellation
If the Client enrolls in Network Membership, the Client authorizes the payment processor identified at checkout to charge $12 at each monthly renewal until canceled. Any applicable taxes and fees will be disclosed at checkout. Cancellation may be requested through the subscription provider or through the cancellation method provided at enrollment. Cancellation stops future renewals; Network benefits ordinarily continue through the already-paid billing period and then end. Refund rights, if any, are governed by the applicable checkout terms and law.
After membership ends, we may remove the Client’s Network listing, promotional placement, and outgoing link. The Client’s independent website and original content are not canceled merely because the Network subscription ends.
8. Domains and hosting
A custom domain is optional. The Client is responsible for purchasing, owning, renewing, and controlling any domain they choose. The Client is also responsible for obtaining and maintaining a hosting arrangement and paying hosting fees, if any. We may assist with initial setup or domain connection when included in the accepted scope or separately quoted. A free hosted address may be available from the selected host, subject to that host’s terms and continued availability. The $12 Network Membership is not a hosting plan.
9. Checkout, fulfillment and third-party services
We may connect the Client’s site to external storefronts, payment processors, download-delivery services, or other providers. Unless separately agreed, the Client controls their own payment and store accounts and is responsible for transactions, fulfillment, customer service, returns, chargebacks, taxes, licensing, and applicable business requirements. Third-party fees, rules, downtime, and service changes are outside our control.
10. Search visibility and promotion
We may provide basic search-friendly website structure and, when included in the project, assistance with search-engine discovery. We do not guarantee indexing, Google placement, traffic, followers, purchases, revenue, or other outcomes. Network listing is one promotional channel, not a promise of results.
11. Ownership and handoff
The Client retains ownership of the Client’s brand, original content, logos, music, products, and other materials supplied by the Client. Upon full payment, the Client receives the completed project deliverables and rights of use specified in the accepted quote. We retain our pre-existing tools, reusable templates, general processes, and independently developed components, with permission for the Client to use any such components embedded in the delivered site as needed to operate it. Third-party materials remain subject to their licenses. The Client should receive or control the hosting account and project access required for continued operation under the agreed handoff.
12. Client responsibilities
The Client operates their own business and remains responsible for content, sales, products, customer communications, applicable laws, taxes, permits, intellectual-property rights, and privacy practices. Providing a website or Network listing does not make us a partner, agent, employer, distributor, record label, or manager of the Client.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or refuse services or Network listings involving unlawful content, fraud, infringement, security threats, nonpayment, or material misuse, subject to applicable law and any agreed notice or cure terms. Amounts owed for completed services remain payable. The Client may end optional Network Membership as described above.
14. Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided with reasonable care consistent with the agreed scope. We do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party hosting, search performance, business outcomes, or continued availability of external providers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a specific paid service will not exceed the fees paid to us for that service. This provision does not limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
15. Changes and controlling documents
An accepted project quote or order controls its scope, price, payment schedule, and included revisions. If it conflicts with these general terms, the accepted written project terms control for that project. We may update this public agreement for future orders; changes do not automatically alter a previously accepted agreement unless the parties agree or applicable law permits. The applicable governing law and dispute procedures should be specified in the accepted project order.
